# Rules

## Info

Here at LARP, we take our rules very seriously. Players will be given warnings before any punishment, except in cases of **LTAP** (Leaving to Avoid Punishment) and **SRDM** (Staff Random Deathmatch). As a player, it is your responsibility to stay updated with our rules and guidelines. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

## In-Game Rules

These rules should be followed at all times while playing LARP.

### \[FRP] Fail Roleplay

Killing a player without valid reason. Killing 4+ players is Mass RDM. 

*Punishment: Kick / Ban | Mass RDM Kick/Permban*

### \[RDM] Random Death Match

Killing a player without valid reason. Killing 4+ players is Mass RDM. 

*Punishment: Kick / Ban | Mass RDM Kick/Permban*<br>

### \[VDM] Vehicle Death Match

Running over or hitting players/vehicles without reason is forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Warn / Kick / Ban*<br>

### \[NITRP] No Intent to Roleplay

Trolling or No intent to participate in roleplays is forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Warn / Kick / Ban*

### \[SRDM] Staff RDM / Staff VDM

Killing an on-duty staff member or hitting a staff vehicle is forbidden.

*Punishment: Kick / Ban*

### Lives of Firefighters and/or Paramedics

You are **not allowed** to restrict or endanger the lives of the firefighters or paramedics.&#x20;

*Punishment: Kick / Tempban*

### \[NLR] New Life Rule

If you die, you must wait at least 10 minutes before returning to the scene. You are also required to remain on the ground for 5 minutes. If no EMS or FD are online, you may leave after 2 minutes. *Punishment: Warn / Kick / Tempban*

### NSFW Content

**Sexual or discriminatory content**, bypassing chat filters, and **inappropriate voice chat is FORBIDDEN!!!**

*Punishment: Permban*

### Interrupting a Staff Scene

Disrupting a staff moderation scene will result in punishment. \\

*Punishment: Warn / Kick*

### \[CB] Cop Baiting

Intentionally drawing police attention is not forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Warn / Kick / Tempban*

### \[UnrealAV] Unrealistic Avatar

Unrealistic skins or accessories are not allowed.&#x20;

*Punishment: Warn, Kick*

### Breaking Peacetime

Major roleplays (e.g., chases, killings) cannot start during peacetime. (Running red lights still allowed (of course you can get stopped for that and cited, do not create a run situation))&#x20;

*Punishment: Kick / Tempban*

### Staff Evasion

Evading a staff member trying to contact you is forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Tempban*

### \[GTA Driving] Unrealistic Driving

Driving unrealistically (e.g., drifting, ignoring road rules) is forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Warn / Kick / Tempban*

### Comply

You are required to comply with staff at all times; they have the lead say. Do not argue with staff members.&#x20;

*Punishment: Kick / Tempban*

### Impersonation of Staff or Whitelisted Members

Impersonating staff or department officials is **strictly forbidden**.

### Exploiting

Hacking or using glitches are strictly forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Permban*

### Trolling

Any kind of road blocking, trolling or even tool placing (tool abusing) is strictly forbidden.&#x20;

*Punishment: Warn / Kick / Ban*

### Report

When reporting players, we can only punish players by gathering proof. Video proof or 3+ Witnesses. (Reports against staff members require clear video footage. Witnesses do not count)&#x20;

*Punishment: N/A*<br>

## Discord Rules

### A - General Rules

* Friendliness is a top priority. Stay respectful to all members when chatting.
* Nicknames are not allowed to contain insults, NSFW or forbidden names.
* Avatars are not allowed to contain any pornographic, racist, offensive or other content that violates Discord ToS.
* Private data, for example: telephone numbers, addresses, passwords, etc., are not allowed to be publicly exchanged. A staff team member is never allowed to ask for sensitive data.
* Profanity is allowed to a certain extent. Abusing this privilege will result in moderation.
* Any kind of excessive spamming is prohibited.
* External advertising of any kind is strictly prohibited, without leadership approval.
* Racism & any form of hate towards any religion in any form will not be tolerated.
* Ignorance does not protect you from consequences if you do not obey the rules.

### B - Voice Chats / Voice Channels

* The voice of other users are not allowed to be recorded without their consent.
* Refrain from playing loud, disturbing or any other kind of disrupting audios in channels.
* Channel hopping (constant jumping from one channel to the other) is prohibited.

### C - Text Channels&#x20;

* The chat is not a vent for your frustration, take it elsewhere.
* Refrain from all kinds of extreme insults. Especially racial slurs.
* No excessive spamming or capslock.
