# What Are Infractions?

All staff members are expected to follow server rules, meet their quotas, and maintain professional behavior at all times. Failure to do so may result in disciplinary action.

Each staff member is subject to a three-strike system:

* After three infractions, the staff member will be terminated from the LARP staff team.
* Creating drama, arguing, or disrupting over an infraction or punishment will not be tolerated and may result in additional consequences.
* We strongly advise against making a scene, as it reflects poorly on your role and the team.

## Appealing a Punishment

Every staff member has the right to appeal a warning, strike, or termination.

To submit an appeal, you must:

* Present clear and valid evidence supporting your claim.
* Remain respectful and professional throughout the appeal process.

All appeals will be reviewed by Internal Affairs or Management.
