# I Was Banned Now What?

## False Ban

If you believe your ban was invalid and you did nothing wrong, you are welcome to create a Reports & Appeals ticket in the #tickets channel on our Discord.\
Please provide all possible evidence, such as videos or screenshots. The more proof you include, the stronger your appeal will be. We highly recommend recording any incidents you feel are unfair for future reference.

## Valid Ban

If you were banned for a valid reason, but you’ve had time to reflect, matured, and are genuinely sorry, you may still submit an appeal.

To do so, open a Reports & Appeals ticket in the #tickets channel. In your appeal, be 100% honest, explain exactly what happened, and share why you believe you deserve a second chance.\
While unbans for valid bans are rare, being honest, respectful, and showing real growth greatly increases your chances.
