# How Do I Report a Staff Member?

## First of All

We sincerely apologize for your experience. The LARP staff team is composed of highly trained individuals, and we do not tolerate any form of inappropriate behavior from our staff. Unfortunately, there may be rare instances where someone fails to follow our standards. We’re sorry that you’ve had to encounter such a situation and appreciate you taking the time to report it.

## Ticket

To report a staff member, please open a report ticket. You must provide clear and valid proof to support your claim. Tickets submitted without evidence may be closed without action.

The staff member reviewing your report will have the final say on the matter. Please do not argue with their decision. Being disrespectful, starting arguments, or spamming tickets may result in a ticket blacklist.

We ask that you treat our staff with the same respect you'd expect in return. Their decision will determine the outcome regarding the staff member you are reporting.
