# How Do I Get Support?

## Discord

If you need assistance in our Discord server, head to #tickets and scroll to the very top. You’ll find an embedded panel where you can choose the type of support you need, such as Management, Report & Appeal, or Partnerships.\
Once selected, please fill out all required information so our staff can assist you as quickly and effectively as possible.

## In-Game (ERLC)

If you're in-game and need help, type !mod in the chat. This command alerts all online moderators that you require assistance.\
Important:

* Do not spam !mod. Spamming does not increase visibility and may lead to Roblox chat moderation.
* Be patient, staff will respond as soon as they can after reviewing your request.
